Sea & T cocktail recipe – made using the Sea Arch Coastal Juniper non-alcoholic distilled spirit
Created by Sarah and Geoff Yates, who live on the Devon coast, the award-winning Sea Arch Coastal Juniper blend is a refreshing alternative to alcohol that is bursting with seaside botanicals.
Sea Arch is crafted using traditional distillation techniques. It is created from a blend of complex, all-natural botanicals such as sea kelp, samphire, cardamom and blood orange. Then the alcohol is gently removed to create a grown-up, alcohol-free spirit that has all the deliciousness of gin but none of the alcohol.
Sea Arch Coastal Juniper is delicious as a Sea & T, served over ice with a squeeze of citrus and a premium tonic. Will all the zing of a classic G & T, but without any of the alcohol, the good news is it couldn’t be simpler to make!
Sea & T
- Fill an elegant glass with plenty of ice
- Pour in 50ml of Sea Arch Coastal Juniper and a squeeze of fresh lemon
- Top with your favourite premium tonic
- Garnish with a twist of lemon and maybe a sprig of freshly picked samphire
Sea Arch Coastal Juniper is available in 25cl and 70cl bottles and is a really versatile non-alcoholic spirit. If you’re looking for something a little different to pair with your Sea Arch, it works a treat with grapefruit, rosemary and cucumber based flavours.
