Bax, Noughty & Nine Elms Colaboration
Over the last few weeks 3 great minds & unluckily for them us, have been working on some Big flavoured, cracking cocktails! We’ve been mixing delicious summer spritzs: there’s a fruity Pimms, a Sangria and a Fennel Punch and more to explore.

Ingredients: 50ml Bax Verbena, 25ml Nine Elms, 15ml Triple Sec & Noughty.
Method:Shake with ice and strain into ice filled highball
Top up with Noughty
Garnish with chopped Cucumber, strawberry and mint
Ingredients: 25ml Nine Elms, 25ml Bax Botanics Verbena, 20ml Fennel syrup, 70ml Noughty sparkling wine, Ice.
Add Nine Elms, Bax Botanics and syrup to an ice filled glass, stir to combine. Top with 70ml Noughty. Garnish with Lemon and fennel. I made the fennel syrup with 5g fennel seeds in a pan with 100ml water and 100g sugar, heated, steeped, cooled, strained, bottled.
Ingredients: Half a bottle of NINE ELMS No.18, Half a bottle of Noughty, Ripe strawberries sliced into thin rounds across the core (at least 6, but use as many as you like).A juicy peach or nectarine – stone removed and thinly sliced, A cinnamon quill, 1 Star Anise, An Orange for twisting, 50ml Triple Sec &100ml Bax Sea Buckthorn
Method: Place the strawberries and peach in a large jug, Add the cinnamon and star anise and Pour in half a bottle of Nine Elms.
Twist a strip of orange peel over the bowl and drop its fragrant loveliness into the concoction. Pop the lot in the fridge to steep for at least an hour, but better left for up to 4 hours.
Add the Triple Sec and Bax Sea Buckthorn, Top with chilled Noughty.
Stir gently then serve in punch or wine glasses making sure to include a good amount of the steeped fruit.
Ingredients: 25ml Bax Botanic Verbena, 12.5ml Lemon Juice, 7ml sugar syrup & Noughty
Method: Shake with ice and strain into a miniature coupe and top up with Noughty sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon and fresh Lemon verbena if possible.
(can use Bax seabuckthorn to repolace verbena if prefered)
Ingredients: 15-25ml Nine Elms, Noughty
Method: Pour 15-25ml Nine Elms into a flute glass and top up with Noughty
