Coriander and lemon lead the flavour, with gentle warmth from cinnamon and a soft floral lift from lavender. It drinks clean and structured rather than sweet, making it well suited to simple long serves.
Mix with tonic over plenty of ice and finish with a slice of lemon to bring the citrus notes forward.
