Hazy pale gold in the glass with soft carbonation and a loose white head. The aroma offers sweet orange, earthy pumpkin and gentle spice. Flavour is mellow and rounded, with warming notes of cinnamon, clove and ginger sitting over a light wheat base. Mouthfeel is smooth and creamy with a soft, slightly dry finish.
Food Pairings
Goes well with roasted vegetables, sweet potato fries or herby sausages. Also pairs nicely with pumpkin soup, spiced desserts or soft cheeses with fruit chutney.
