Tasting Notes
Pours pale gold with a soft haze and gentle carbonation. The aroma is filled with pine, orange peel and light herbal spice. Taste is crisp and bitter with spruce and juniper leading into a subtle malt sweetness. Mouthfeel is light and refreshing with a dry, slightly resinous finish.
Food Pairings
Pairs well with roast chicken, smoked cheese or winter salads. Also works with herby root veg, stuffing or lightly spiced dishes with citrus and herbs.
Serving Suggestions
Serve cold in a tulip or stemmed glass to highlight the botanical character. A great alcohol free option for colder days, festive meals or post-dinner unwinding
