FREE DAMM – is made in the same ingredients as those used to make alcoholic beer. Water, malted barley, rice, hops. Yeast is added, causing fermentation to produce alcohol naturally. Then with an advanced technique called “vacuum distillation”, the alcohol is removed until a 0.0% alcohol by volume (ABV) is achieved. During the process some aromas can be lost, we have developed a system to put those aromatic components back into the beer. The result – EVEN MORE FLAVOUR!
