Standard Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders the day after they are placed, with delivery typically arriving the following day.

Please note: Larger orders requiring multiple boxes may take an extra day to arrive.
Peak Season (November – January)
During busier months, dispatch and delivery times may be extended by 24–48 hours due to high order volumes.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been packed and is ready for courier collection.

Damaged Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Be sure to include photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Uncollected items from couriers depot
If no one is available to receive the delivery and no safe place has been specified directly with the courier, a re-delivery can be arranged through the courier’s website.
Should the parcel be returned to us due to the courier’s storage time expiring, we are happy to resend it for an additional fee of £5.99.
If you prefer a refund instead, it will be processed minus the original shipping cost or £5.99—whichever amount is greater.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unopened and the seal remains intact. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received. Please email us before sending a return: Click here.
Orders can be cancelled at any point before dispatch with no charges. Once dispatched, the order must be returned per the above policy.
Orders over £25 may be subject to a restocking fee. See general terms for details.
General Terms
We strive to keep our website accurate and up-to-date. If an item is out of stock or pricing is incorrect, we will refund the amount paid.
We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of products purchased from this website.
We reserve the right to refuse orders and refunds where returns or breakages are deemed invalid. Customers will be notified via email with an explanation.

All information is stored securely under current data protection laws. No personal data is stored on paper. As we trade via PayPal or Stripe, we do not store banking details.

Your email and mobile number may be shared with couriers to arrange deliveries.

Export
All prices are quoted ex-works. VAT may be applicable if not a registered EU company. Shipping terms must be agreed upon before payment. Orders must be collected within one week of the agreed pick-up date, or a storage fee of £10 per pallet per week will apply.
Full balance must be paid before collection. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check labelling requirements for the destination country. Label copies can be provided upon request.
