For over 50 years the water used to craft Glen Dochus has been percolating through the granite mountains of the Scottish Cairngorms, for 50 years, picking up the unique signature that creates Scotland’s essence.

A gentle elegance prevails in our Highland Blend. Aromatic oak combines with dried citrus and heather honey to offer an inviting yet gentle, smooth flavour. Infused with the sweet smell of nutmeg, candied lemon peel and dried figs, its tasting notes come to a glorious end with subtleties of caramelised sea salt.

Aroma: aromatic, light caramel meets complex smoke.

Palate: rich full-bodied with elegant smoke giving way to sweet biscuit.
