Oddbird Low Intervention White No 2 is a natural wine from North Alsace in France. A hand-picked and carefully selected blend of Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc and Riesling. The area’s unique terroir with a lot of minerality and an entirely natural wine making process, create a floral and fruity wine with a lively complexity that stays long on the palate with tension. Aged 12 months.
