Amundsen Helles Good is a 0.5% ABV non-alcoholic Helles-style lager brewed in Oslo. Made with water, barley malt, hops and yeast using a traditional lager recipe and gently de-alcoholised to retain a clean, crisp body and authentic flavour. Vegan friendly, no added sugar, around 20 kcal per 100 ml. Pale golden in colour with soft bready malt aroma, delicate hop bitterness and a smooth, quenching finish. Serve chilled at 4-6°C in a pilsner glass. Pairs well with fish, light grilled meats, sushi or mild cheeses.

Tasting Notes
Pours a clear golden straw colour with a soft white head and moderate carbonation. On the nose, it offers a crisp blend of cereal malt, light bread crust and subtle grassy hops. The flavour is clean and lightly sweet, with notes of cracker, soft honey and a gentle noble hop bitterness that lingers just enough to refresh the palate. Light-bodied but balanced, with a dry finish and no hint of the low ABV.
Serving Suggestions
Serve chilled at around 4 to 6°C in a tall pilsner or lager glass to showcase its clarity and carbonation. It pairs well with grilled bratwurst, veggie burgers, fried halloumi or pretzels with mustard. This is a versatile choice for summer barbecues, casual lunches or alongside light pasta dishes and roasted vegetables. For a twist, try adding a slice of lemon or lime to bring a refreshing citrus edge, though it drinks confidently on its own.
