Ariel Chardonnay is a non alcoholic wine from California with less than 0.5% ABV. Made from premium Chardonnay grapes and barrel aged, it delivers green apple, tropical fruit and citrus aromas with soft oak and vanilla notes. Medium bodied, crisp and vegan friendly, it is an elegant alcohol free choice. Best served chilled at 8-10°C with seafood, chicken or creamy pasta.
Tasting Notes
Pours a pale golden hue. The aroma combines ripe apple, tropical fruit, butterscotch and subtle oak. On the palate it is smooth and layered, with flavours of apple and pineapple balanced by gentle oak and a hint of creaminess. The finish is clean and softly lingering, with a refined mouthfeel and no artificial edge.
Food Pairings
Pairs well with spaghetti carbonara, mango glazed mahi mahi, sautéed scallops, roast chicken or crispy duck. The ripe fruit and subtle oak character complement richer dishes without overpowering them.
