BBPBBP Pico Bello - Alcohol Free Hazy IPA
BBP Pico Bello is a bright Belgian alcohol free hazy IPA from Brussels Beer Project. Brewed at 0.3% ABV, it was created as a proper craft beer without alcohol, rather than a full strength beer with the alcohol stripped out.
It pours pale and hazy, with fruity hop aroma, soft malt body and a refreshing touch of acidity. Amarillo, Citra and Ekuanot hops bring citrus, tropical fruit and fresh aromatic lift, while the wheat malt and oat flakes help give it a smoother, fuller feel.
This is a great choice if you want an alcohol free IPA that is lively, modern and not too sweet. Serve it chilled with burgers, tacos, salads, grilled chicken, white fish or salty snacks.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: Pale blond with a soft haze, light body and a gentle white head.
Aroma: Fruity hops, citrus peel, tropical fruit, soft malt and a fresh aromatic lift.
Taste: Bright fruit comes through first, followed by citrus, light malt sweetness, gentle bitterness and a refreshing acidic edge.
