Dark amber in colour, this alcohol-free spirit opens with sweet notes of vanilla, caramel, and a hint of nutmeg. On the palate, warming spices like cinnamon and clove blend with dried fruit and a light oakiness. Smooth in texture with a surprisingly full body for a 0% spirit. The finish is mellow and spiced, leaving a gentle echo of vanilla and wood.
Serving Suggestions
Serve 50ml over ice in a tumbler. Add cola and a wedge of lime or sip with ginger beer for a warming spiced serve.
