Built on a clean, crisp pilsner style base, it combines ripe Alphonso mango with habanero chilli for a beer that starts juicy and refreshing before developing a gentle warmth at the back of the throat.
The mango is aromatic rather than syrupy, keeping the beer fresh and drinkable, while the chilli builds gradually without overwhelming the palate.
At 0.5% ABV, it works particularly well with spicy food, where the carbonation refreshes the palate and the mango brings a soft fruity contrast.
