Deschutes Black Butte Non Alcoholic takes the rich character of the brewery's legendary Black Butte Porter and brings it to a beer containing less than 0.5% alcohol.
This is a proper dark beer rather than a lightweight imitation. Dark Chocolate Malt, wheat, Premium 2 Row, Carapils and Crystal 75 create layers of roasted malt, chocolate and coffee, while Cascade and Tettnang hops provide enough bitterness to keep everything beautifully balanced.
Expect a smooth, malty body with dark chocolate and fresh coffee flavours, followed by a gently roasted finish.
It has the credentials to back up the flavour too. Black Butte Non Alcoholic won Gold at the 2024 World Beer Cup and Gold in the Non Alcoholic Stout and Porter category at the 2024 US Open Beer Championship.
At under 0.5% ABV, it is a brilliant choice when you fancy a rich, satisfying dark beer without the usual alcohol.
