Golden-amber and slightly hazy with a loose, foamy top. The aroma mixes citrus zest, floral hops, and a faint saline note that adds intrigue. On the palate, there’s bright lemon and grapefruit layered over biscuity malt, with a soft hit of sea salt in the background. Crisp and medium-bodied with good balance and a dry, lightly bitter finish.
Serving Suggestions
Serve well chilled in a stemmed tulip glass. Pour slowly to preserve the foam and bring out the subtle sea salt and hop aromas.
