ISH London Botanical Spirit is a non alcoholic gin alternative made for proper G&T moments without the full strength alcohol. Crafted in Denmark, it takes inspiration from classic London Dry gin, with juniper, coriander seed, Seville orange peel and peppercorn bringing that familiar botanical lift.
It is crisp, citrusy and gently spiced, with enough bite to stand up well to tonic, soda and classic alcohol free cocktail serves. The juniper keeps it clean and recognisable, while the orange peel and peppercorn give it a brighter, more grown up finish.
Serve it over plenty of ice with premium tonic and a slice of lemon or orange. It is also a handy bottle for alcohol free cocktails, from a simple G&T to a lighter Negroni style serve, French 75 style drink or garden spritz.
