Tasting Notes
Pours pale straw with gentle haze and soft carbonation. The aroma is bright and sharply fruity with peach, citrus zest, and herbal notes. On the palate, juicy stone fruits mingle with tart acidity and subtle hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is light, balanced, and refreshingly crisp without overwhelming sweetness.
Food Pairings
Pairs exceptionally well with tangy salads, citrus ceviche, or creamy cheeses. Also pairs well with fruit-forward desserts or spicy snacks to highlight its balance of tartness and hop lift.
Serving Suggestions
Serve cold in a tulip or stemmed glass to concentrate the fruit and hop aromas. Great for fruity, low-alcohol sours that won’t sacrifice complexity.
