Pours a pale blush pink with a light sparkle. The aroma is bright and citrusy, dominated by fresh grapefruit with an underlying herbal gin note. On the palate it is crisp and juicy, with grapefruit zest and gentle juniper spice in balance. The finish is clean and refreshing with a lingering citrus tang.
