Pours a light amber with a slight haze and delicate off‑white foam. The aroma showcases juicy blood orange, grapefruit zest and hints of tropical hops. On the palate it’s a sharply balanced interplay of citrus fruit, mild malt and hop-driven bitterness. Light-bodied with smooth carbonation and a crisp, refreshing finish.
Food Pairings
Pairs well with citrus‑marinated chicken, grilled vegetables or tapas with olive and herb flavours. Also excellent with light salads, soft goat cheese or finger foods featuring zesty red fruit or spice.
Serving Suggestions
