Moersleutel Motor Oil Non Alcohol Imperial Stout is a 0.5% alcohol free stout from Moersleutel Craft Brewery in the Netherlands. Built as a lower alcohol version of their much loved Motor Oil stout, it brings together vanilla, tonka and coffee with raisin and cinnamon for extra depth. A malt base of barley, rye, wheat and hops helps give it the fuller body expected from a proper dark beer. This is a bold option for stout drinkers who want roast, sweetness and weight without moving into stronger beer territory.
Tasting Notes
Deep dark brown to black in the glass with a smooth tan head. The aroma brings roasted malt, coffee, vanilla and tonka, with softer notes of raisin and cinnamon underneath. On the palate it is rich and dark, with bitter chocolate, roasted grain and gentle sweetness giving it a proper stout character. The finish is full, smooth and warming, with lingering coffee and spice.
