Oddbird Low Intervention Sparkling Orange Nº1 is a bold, modern alcohol free sparkling wine with real character. Made in Alsace from Pinot Gris, Muscat, Sylvaner and Gewürztraminer, it uses skin contact to create its golden orange colour, gentle tannins and more structured wine like feel.
This is not an orange flavoured soft drink. It is an alcohol free orange wine, meaning white grapes are left in contact with their skins to build colour, texture and depth. Expect ripe peach, orange peel, jasmine, soft herbs and gentle spice, with a dry, lightly grippy finish that makes it feel grown up and food friendly.
It is a brilliant choice for anyone who wants something different from standard alcohol free fizz. Serve it chilled as an aperitif, pour it with cheese and sharing plates, or bring it out with spiced food where the citrus, florals and subtle tannins can really shine.
