Omnipollo Bianca Non-Alcoholic Godfeather Lassi Gose is no ordinary alcohol free beer. Thick, fruity and unapologetically indulgent, it brings Omnipollo’s dessert-inspired Bianca style into a 0.3% ABV sour.
Blueberries and raspberries bring plenty of sweet and tart berry flavour, while juicy pineapple adds a brighter tropical edge. Marshmallow and maple syrup provide rich sweetness, balanced by tangy acidity and a pinch of rock salt.
This is closer to a fruit smoothie or liquid dessert than a traditional lager. Serve it properly chilled, gently turn the can before opening to redistribute the fruit, and pour carefully into a glass.
