Omnipollo Bianca Non Alcoholic Raspberry Peach Marshmallow Lassi Gose <0.5% is an alcohol free version of the brewery’s cult Bianca series. Thick, fruit forward and deliberately indulgent, it layers ripe raspberry and peach with a creamy marshmallow character over a gently sour gose base. The texture is smooth and full, closer to a dessert style beer than a traditional sour, while the acidity stays soft and controlled. Bold, playful and unmistakably Omnipollo, it delivers full flavour without alcohol.
