Omnipollo Omnipollo Tokyo IPA is a bright 0.5% alcohol free IPA from Sweden’s Omnipollo, originally brewed to celebrate their bar in Tokyo. This alcohol free version keeps the clean, modern IPA feel of the original, but brings it into a lighter, easier drinking format.
Unlike some of Omnipollo’s thicker IPA styles, Tokyo is all about clarity, freshness and drinkability. Expect a crisp, slim body, very low bitterness and a big pineapple aroma that gives it a juicy lift without making it heavy or sweet.
It is a great choice if you want an alcohol free IPA with proper craft personality, but without the full haze, weight or bitterness of a bigger IPA. Serve it cold with spicy food, pizza, burgers, tacos or salty snacks.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: Crystal clear pale gold with a clean white head.
Aroma: Pineapple leads clearly, with soft citrus, light malt and gentle hop notes.
Taste: Fresh pineapple and citrus come through first, followed by clean malt, subtle hop character and very low bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Slim, crisp and sessionable, with a clean alcohol free finish.
