After winemaking the alcohol is gently removed, leaving a bright, clean white with fresh fruit character and added grape-skin extract for a bit of texture and depth. It tastes crisp and lively, capturing classic Sauvignon Blanc vibrancy without the buzz. It is described by the producer as vegan friendly. It is naturally gluten free.
