Smiling Wolf Alcohol Free Negroni is a bold zero alcohol take on the classic Italian aperitif. Made with natural bitter orange, citrus and botanical extracts, it delivers the familiar balance of sweetness, herbal depth and bitterness associated with a true Negroni but without alcohol. Tasting Notes
Deep amber red in colour with aromas of bitter orange, citrus peel and warming botanicals. The palate is rich and bittersweet with orange, gentian style bitterness and a rounded herbal finish. Smooth, aromatic and full flavoured with a lingering citrus bite.
Food Pairings
Pairs well with cured meats, olives, marinated vegetables and cheese boards. Its bitter citrus profile also complements tomato based dishes, roasted vegetables and savoury pastries.
Serving Suggestions
Serve chilled over ice in a rocks glass with an orange slice. For a longer serve, top with soda water. Ideal as an aperitif or whenever you want a sophisticated alcohol free cocktail with depth and complexity.
