Tartarus Sylph is a soft, hazy 0.5% alcohol free New England IPA from Tartarus Beers in Leeds. Brewed with wheat and oats, it has a smooth, rounded body that gives it more texture than a lighter alcohol free pale.

The hop bill brings plenty of fruit. Citra, Nectaron and Enigma deliver bright citrus, passionfruit, peach, melon and red berry notes, giving the beer that juicy modern IPA feel without leaning too bitter.

This is a great choice if you want an alcohol free beer with proper craft character. Serve it chilled with spicy food, burgers, BBQ dishes, tacos or salty snacks when you want something hazy, hoppy and easy to enjoy.
Tasting Notes

Appearance: Hazy golden with a soft pale head and a smooth New England IPA look.

Aroma: Citrus, passionfruit, peach, melon, red berries and gentle soft malt.

Taste: Juicy citrus and tropical fruit lead first, followed by peach, melon, light berry notes and gentle hop bitterness.
