The nose suggests molasses, liquorice, and fermented botanicals, with a slightly smoky undertone. On the palate, it’s complex and bittersweet, combining wormwood, angelica, and leather-like depth with hints of maple and citrus peel. Full-bodied and viscous, it finishes with a long, warming bite and a tang of bitterness reminiscent of classic amaro. A confident base for no-ABV cocktails or a slow-sipping ritual neat over ice.
