The palate follows through with rich black fruits, a dash of pepper, and subtle cocoa. Medium to full-bodied, it has a velvety mouthfeel and warming presence. The finish is smooth and gently spiced, with lingering dark fruit richness
Food Pairings
Bold yet smooth, with ripe blackberries, soft tannins and a hint of pepper. Perfect with pepper-crusted steak, barbecued ribs, or roasted vegetable tagine. The subtle tannins and black fruit notes also balance well with hard cheeses like aged cheddar or manchego.
