Tasting Notes
Pours a pale amber with a light haze and a small white head. The aroma shows fresh citrus, passionfruit, pine and tropical hops. On the palate it is bold and hoppy, with tropical fruit and citrus giving way to a clean, crisp bitterness. The mouthfeel is light-bodied and smooth, making it highly drinkable.
Food Pairings
Pairs well with spicy veggie pizza, jackfruit tacos, plant-based nachos, zesty falafel wraps with hummus, or tempura prawns. The hop bitterness cuts through richer dishes and balances spice.
