Pale straw in colour with a clear, still appearance. Aromas show light citrus and green apple with a faint herbal lift. On the palate it’s dry and delicate, with lemon pith and white peach over a clean, mineral base. The body is light with a soft mouthfeel and a crisp, no-fuss finish
Food Pairings
Best with grilled white fish, lemon-dressed salads, or courgette fritters and herb dip. Try with soft goat’s cheese on oatcakes, or a simple green pasta with olive oil and peas. For a lighter moment, it also complements salted almonds or steamed greens with sesame dressing.
