Pours a deep ruby red with a clear rim and slow-moving legs in the glass. The nose opens with soft red berries, gentle spice, and a touch of oak. On the palate, it's rounded and smooth, offering plum, cranberry, and subtle earthy notes with just a hint of acidity to lift it. Light to medium in body with a dry finish and no lingering sweetness.

This alcohol free red pairs beautifully with wild mushroom risotto topped with parmesan or a hearty lentil cottage pie layered with creamy mash.
