Whitley NeillWhitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger 0.0% Alcohol Free Gin 70cl
Whitley Neill Alcohol Free Rhubarb & Ginger brings one of the brand's best loved flavour combinations to a completely alcohol free spirit.
Inspired by the English country garden, the flavour starts with bright, tart rhubarb, delivering a crisp fruity character before warming ginger develops across the palate.
Rather than simply creating a flavoured soft drink, Whitley Neill begins with its existing Rhubarb & Ginger Gin. A specialist spinning cone vacuum column still separates the alcohol while preserving the characteristic flavours and aromas. These are then blended back with the water to create the finished 0.0% spirit.
The result keeps the familiar balance of sharp rhubarb and warming ginger, making it particularly good with tonic, soda or lemonade.
Pour over plenty of ice, top with tonic and garnish with lemon and fresh mint for a simple alcohol free G&T style serve.
