Made from a blend of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, it is matured in stainless steel before undergoing vacuum distillation with aroma recovery to preserve its full bouquet and character. This elegant extra brut sparkling wine delivers refined complexity and structure rarely seen in alcohol free wines. Expect aromas of pear, green apple and quince with gentle nutty notes, followed by flavours of mango, grapefruit and lychee over a crisp mineral backbone.
